Credit Union Australia acquires 1000 licenses of PRIME to drive Business Process Management

PRIME BPM confirmed today that it would be working with Australia’s largest credit union, Credit Union Australia (CUA), to deploy its cloud-based end-to-end Business Process Improvement and Management software.

The software enables the user to map, analyse, improve and streamline business processes across the organisation.

CUA’s adoption of PRIME BPM has been driven by a desire to create a central repository of business processes and procedures that can be easily modified as business needs change.

With over 900 team members providing banking, insurance and health insurance services to around 530,000 members across the country, CUA is continually looking to improve processes as part of its commitment to keeping members at the heart of its operations.

PRIME BPM will support the overall business in driving continuous improvement by optimising processes across product lines, creating a leaner, more efficient model, and empowering member-facing teams to provide current and accurate advice.

PRIME was selected following a competitive tender process, where eight Business Process

Management tools were assessed from around the world. PRIME was successful based on its ease of use, friendly graphical user interface, and its central repository which enables individuals in an organisation to store and update processes.

Additionally, the automated analytical engine will support detailed time, cost and waste analysis within processes, enabling CUA’s business improvement team to reduce costs and improve productivity and efficiency.

CUA has purchased 1000 licenses of PRIME, set to be rolled out across branches and business units over the next six months.
