Who are we? PRIME BPM is a Business Process Management Software that enables our clients to Map, Analyse, Improve and Monitor its business processes. Since 2017, PRIME has been providing customers with end-to-end Business Process Management solutions to achieve transformational growth. We are a bootstrapped organization with the founders having a 20-year, track record in the BPM space. Our team is made up of talented and passionate members who are supported by processes, systems, KPI’s and metrics. Currently PRIME has a strong presence in APAC and has generated strong momentum in North America and Europe. Our existing customers include Pfizer, CBRE, Coca-Cola, HSBC, KBR, Airbus, local /state government agencies etc. We are a small organisation in the scale-up phase of growth.
About the role You are our first RevOps hire, hence you will be hands on and a seasoned generalist. You are ultimately accountable for the diagnosis and resolution of revenue related problems, communicate these effectively and bring a data-backed lift to our revenue. Your working hours are 9 am to 6 pm SAST. You will move easily from data analysis, CRM administration, and the analysis of sales operations, to figure out which processes need to be created or changed. You will:
- Undertake data analysis to identify trends
- Establish, measure, monitor, and analyse sales process KPI’s
- Create and analyse KPI reports
- Develop strategies to grow new acquisition, renewal and expansion revenue
- Recommend sales operational changes to senior management
- Implement approved sales operational changes
- Undertake NAM and Europe territory planning,
- Manage sales team compensation
- Maintain up to date sales operations and demand generation processes
- Maintain up to date quarterly acquisition, retention and expansion forecasts
- Maintain up to date sales enablement collateral
- Assist the sales enablement manager in upskilling sales team members
- Manage and allocate inbound and outbound leads
- Administer sales tools ie. Zoho CRM, Conversation Intelligence, Prospecting tools
- Monitor and control data hygiene across demand gen, sales and customer success teams
What you need to be/have? - 3+ years of generalist sales operations experience
- 7+ years of sales industry experience
- A total of 12+ years corporate experience
- SaaS B2B experience essential
- Experience in territory planning, NAM and Europe preferred
- Experience in sales team compensation management
- Experience in KPI management
- Exposure to sales enablement
- Exposure to demand generation and go-to-market strategies
- Technical skills:
- CRM administration - Zoho CRM preferred
- conversational intelligence software, prospecting databases, LinkedIn, sales navigator, prospecting outreach tools etc.
- Excel to assess, manipulate, and analyze data
