We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our exceptionally fast-growing technology company.

PRIME provides a cloud-based Business Process Improvement software used by medium to large corporations and government organisations. The software identifies business process inefficiencies and process waste and in turn, enables the user to improve and streamline their business processes. In addition to software, PRIME provides business process improvement consulting services as part of product sales.

The Head of Marketing is accountable for setting the marketing strategy for Australia.  In addition, manage the execution of our pull and push campaigns so that inbound leads from across our target sectors in Australia are delivered consistently.

We assist our Head of Marketing in achieving his/her goals by providing a handsome marketing budget, a supportive team via our long-standing relationship with our external marketing agency and a list of existing PRIME clients.

The role is diverse and includes the:

  • Development and management of the digital marketing strategy
  • Development and management of new marketing campaigns together with our marketing agency to reach the target audience in the dedicated sectors
  • Management, monitoring and measurement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Management of our external digital agencies
  • Development and management of marketing budgets
  • Tracking and reporting of ROI on all major marketing activities/campaigns
  • Generation of inbound traffic and drive conversion through the optimisation of our websites, digital marketing campaigns, content marketing and SEO together with our digital marketing agency
  • Working closely with the technical product team to distil and synthesise technical information into simple and compelling content for blogs emails and website content
  • Development of reports for all digital marketing activities including website optimisation

 To be successful in this role, the applicant requires the following career experience and personal attributes:

  • A minimum of 8 years B2B and/or B2E digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience across all aspects of digital marketing including organic, paid, social, website, email, search and advertising
  • Experience in marketing SaaS products
  • Proven experience in growing markets for technology products
  • An understanding of market segmentation and customer relationship management/databases
  • An ability to work and manage external suppliers
  • Self-starter, independent and proactive
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent grasping power and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
