About the role:
You are ultimately accountable for the retention of our existing clients and for upselling and cross selling our products and services to benefit the client. You will also support our Business Development Managers (BDM) to acquire new business by contributing BPM knowledge to their sales cycle.

To achieve this, using Microsoft Teams with camera, you will work with prospective, new, and existing clients (clients) and:

  • Understand the clients’ BPM strategy, challenges, BPM team structure, tools and methodologies
  • Share with the client similar customer experience stories
  • Undertake online software demonstrations
  • Support the BDM with positioning PRIME’s solutions to the client
  • Address the clients’ questions and concerns
  • Assist the BDM in building a BPM business case for the client
  • Facilitate and lead trials of the PRIME software
  • Upkeep CRM with client conversations and engagement
  • Coordinate the PRIME software setup, training (e-learning)
  • Build business process architectures/libraries
  • Advise and guide the client on process mapping and business process architecture standards
  • Provide ongoing BPM coaching and deliver BPM concept training to the client
  • Design, plan and implement a client retention strategy
  • Identify and close upsell, cross sell and expansion opportunities
  • Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with the client

What we’re looking for:

  • 15+ years’ work experience
  • A strong understanding of Business Process Management/Business Process Transformation
  • Experience using BPM softwares like PRIME BPM, Bizagi, ARIS, Signavio, Promapp, IBM Blueworks
  • A variety of improvement projects undertaken
  • Experience designing process libraries/process architectures
  • Experience in spotting product/service expansion opportunities
  • Experience in positioning products and services to clients
  • Experience in customer retention
  • Business process mapping experience
  • Excellent written English and speaking skills with a neutral accent
