We are pleased to announce that Cancer Council Queensland has renewed its contract with PRIME BPM Software, continuing its strategic initiative to optimise business processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.
Prior to implementation, Cancer Council Queensland faced a lack of centralised documentation, with process information scattered across network drives and SharePoint sites. Since adopting PRIME BPM Software, the organisation has established a standardised method for capturing processes, tasks and roles, complete with a structured review and approval workflow prior to publication, giving teams a single source of truth for process information and helping the organisation serve its donors, clients and stakeholders more effectively and consistently.
The renewal marks the next phase of Cancer Council Queensland’s process improvement journey. With many more processes still to be documented and optimised, the organisation will continue to expand its use of PRIME BPM Software to build out its process landscape and drive further efficiencies in service delivery.
