We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Senior EAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and grow strategic relationships with large clients to drive revenue, retention, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with high-priority prospects (e.g., free trial and quote requests) to uncover business challenges and needs.
- Design tailored deal strategies for qualified opportunities passed on by Business Development Managers.
- Develop bespoke BPM solutions that align with each prospect’s specific challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Product Specialists to design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and free trials.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives to present solutions, address concerns, and secure executive alignment.
- Navigate complex sales cycles by coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including IT, Procurement, internal champions, and executive decision-makers.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven hunter with deep expertise in client acquisition
and enterprise software sales.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in solution based business to enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling and managing complex sales cycles with organizations of 5,000+ employees.
- Minimum 5 years of experience acquiring clients in the U.S. or Canadian markets.
- Strong background in selling transformational solutions.
- Proven ability to engage and sell to senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Exceptional skills in navigating complex sales processes, high-level negotiations, and closing large-value deals.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and works effectively as part of a team.
