Sales Manager – Enterprise Technology Solution – B2E Remote | Full-Time India

PRIME is a privately owned organisation that specialises in Business Process Management (BPM). We are a global organisation with a presence in Ireland, serving the Europe and USA market and Australia serving the APAC region. All our team members work from home.

We have a 20-year history of solving our customers’ business challenges through our proprietary cloud-based BPM software, BPM training, and BPM consulting services. Our customers include Pfizer, Airbus, Coca Cola, CBRE, KBR, Rockwell, MYOB, Flight Centre, Government departments etc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a fully experienced strategic and hands-on Sales Manager with ambition, to, over time, become our VP of Sales.

This role requires a deep understanding of consultative selling in a complex B2E environment. As the Sales Manager you will have a strong knowledge of our software and services, our target market and persona, and how to sell value over features.

Reporting to the Cofounder (Sales Leader), you will execute our existing enterprise sales strategy by managing and optimizing the globally placed, multicultural 10-member sales team.  Our sales processes are well defined across the SDR, BDM, EAM and Sales Administration and Sales Enablement team.

This is a work from home position, Monday to Friday.  Due to global training requirements and team presence, flexibility is needed in relation to start and finish times.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Team Management:
      • Manage a 10-member sales team for productivity and efficiency which consists of three Enterprise Account Managers, two Business Development Managers, three SDRs with one SDR Leader, and a Sales Administration Manager
      • Scale the EAM team that serve the North American market
      • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure
      • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet performance targets
      • Contribute to RFPs, procurement, and legal negotiation
      • Oversee key client relationships during complex deal negotiations
      • Optimize enterprise sales playbooks and methodologies
      • Ensure team adherence to company processes and business rules
    • Pipeline Management:
      • Monitor the sales funnel to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions.
      • Report on enterprise pipeline forecasts, deal velocity, and quota attainment
    • Forecasting Revenue:
      • Providing accurate revenue forecasts and analyse trends for planning purposes
      • Work closely with the Co-founder to refine the enterprise go-to-market motions

What we’re looking for:

    • 15+ years in the sales industry
    • 5+ years of experience in leading a sales team
    • Experience in enterprise-level deal strategy
    • Experience managing full-cycle sales, especially in B2B or enterprise sales
    • Demonstrated success in driving enterprise account closures in Western markets
    • Fully remote or hybrid management experience
    • Comfortable managing pipeline using HubSpot)
    • Experience with key sales KPIs: win rate, cycle time, conversion rates, quotas
    • Experience working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
    • Exposure to solution selling, value-based selling methodologies
    • Track record that demonstrates sales success, leadership, and strategic thinking

    Hours & Location:

    • Remote role (work from home)
    • Working hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm IST (weekdays, with some flexibility)
