The OPEX Reference Group North America Chapter Presents Strategies for Scaling Continuous Improvement Culture

The Operational Excellence (OPEX) Reference Group – North America Chapter, powered by PRIME BPM, hosted its September 2025 Live Meetup, exploring practical approaches to embedding continuous improvement methodologies across large organizations through a session titled: “Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement—At Scale.

The virtual session featured Loai Gomaa, who brings 15 years of global experience spanning manufacturing, digital transformation, and supply chain operations across five continents. Gomaa will shared battle-tested strategies for moving beyond isolated improvement initiatives to create an organization where continuous improvement becomes part of the cultural DNA.

Drawing from his experience leading initiatives that delivered over $400M in savings, Gomaa demonstrated how to bridge the gap between technological innovation and human factors in transformation. The session focused on practical approaches that participants can immediately apply in their own organizations.
