Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – Specializing in Canada Local Government Remote | Full-Time Canada

PRIME is a privately owned organisation that specialises in Business Process Management (BPM). We are a global organisation with a presence in Ireland, USA and Australia. All our team members work from home.

We have a 20-year history of solving our customers’ business challenges through our proprietary cloud-based BPM software, BPM training, and BPM consulting services. Our customers include Pfizer, Airbus, Coca Cola, CBRE, KBR, Rockwell, MYOB, Flight Centre, Government departments etc.

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of mid-to-bottom funnel opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and guide them through the final stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and Closing Deals: Engage with qualified leads handed over by the BDM team, build strong business cases, and lead negotiations to close enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Handling Priority Leads: Own high-value prospects from the early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and engagement.
  • Discovery Calls & Product Demonstrations: Conduct discovery sessions for key prospects and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase PRIME BPM’s value.
  • Engaging C-Suite Executives: Confidently present to senior stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, and drive decision-making.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong, well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal progression and forecasting accuracy.
  • Oversee key client relationships during complex deal negotiations
  • Optimize enterprise sales playbooks and methodologies
  • Ensure team adherence to company processes and business rules

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in solution-based B2B sales.
  • 5+ years of experience dealing with local Canadian government offices and processes.
  • Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, negotiating at a high level, and closing high-value deals.
  • Self-driven, strategic, and adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hours & Location:

  • Remote role (work from home)
  • Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Canadian Time (weekdays)
