Insular Life Renews Its Trust in PRIME BPM with a 3-Year Contract

Insular Life, a leading Philippines-based life insurance company, has renewed its contract with PRIME BPM, an end-to-end Business Process Management organisation to strengthen its business process improvement journey and support future growth. 

Insular Life has purchased 100 licenses of PRIME BPM’s cloud-based business process management software for a period of 3 years to build a foundation for sustainable process excellence. The continuing collaboration is aimed at enabling Insular Life to be future-ready and meet its aggressive growth plans with a scalable and sophisticated process improvement platform. 

Using PRIME BPM’s capabilities, Insular Life will advance its process documentation, standardisation and improvement to the next level of business maturity. This will serve as the foundation for Insular Life’s overall objective to improve customer satisfaction and introduce enhanced operational efficiencies through increased automation.
