Pre-Sales Solution Engineer – Remote I Full-Time India based for North America and Europe market

We have a 20-year history of solving our customers’ business challenges through our proprietary cloud-based BPM software, BPM training, and BPM consulting services. Our customers include Pfizer, Airbus, Coca Cola, CBRE, KBR, Rockwell, MYOB, Flight Centre, Government departments etc.

About the role:

As the Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive the sales cycle to a successful close. You will interact with our potential clients – the C-suite of large global organisations, to showcase how our suite of products and services can resolve their complex business problems. Your will contribute to this by:

  • Gaining in depth proficiency in the PRIME BPM software to serve as a functional expert
  • Understanding the potential client organization by undertaking pre-meeting research
  • Creating software demonstration data that reflects the potential client’s interest
  • Creating presentations to showcase the functionality of the PRIME BPM software
  • Conducting online PRIME BPM software demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Analysing functional requirements for BPM tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement processes, and create comprehensive responses
  • Providing functional support and guidance to the sales team during the pre-sales process
  • Acting as a liaison between the customer success, sales, and product development teams, conveying market feedback and requirements for product improvement

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for individuals who effortlessly grasp concepts and enjoy delving into the intricacies of technology. If you are a Business Analyst or Sales professional, with a passion for technology, that would be the perfect fit. Ideally with:

  • 5+ years of corporate experience in enterprise software customer success roles
  • 5+ years of experience writing successful tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, and demonstrating enterprise software
  • Strong technical proficiency and a natural curiosity to quickly learn and master complex software
  • Excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills
  • Engaging personality with a flair for sales
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Industry experience in BPM, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence is desirable

Hours & Location:

  • Remote role (work from home)
  • Working hours: 4:30 pm – 1:30 am IST (weekdays)
