SuniTAFE renews trust in PRIME BPM software with a 5-year contract extension

We are excited to announce that Sunraysia Institute of TAFE (SuniTAFE), one of the largest providers of vocational education and training in north-west Victoria, has extended its contract with PRIME BPM for 5 years. As a part of the agreement, PRIME BPM will continue to support business improvement and process excellence initiatives of SuniTAFE through its cloud-based, end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) software.

Building upon a successful two-year collaboration, SuniTAFE will continue to use the PRIME BPM platform to streamline operations, ensure financial compliance, standardise processes, and accelerate its automation strategy.

Operational for more than 40 years, SuniTAFE is committed to improving opportunities for students and streamlining services through the use of technology. In line with this vision, the institute adopted PRIME BPM to optimise processes and increase visibility across the organisation for increased staff and customer satisfaction.

In the first phase of the partnership, Human Resources and Student Administration units were identified as a priority. PRIME BPM closely collaborated with SuniTAFE to provide training, kickstart process library building, and mapping of processes within the units.

The documented processes in these areas serve as the foundation for process changes for system implementations such as the new Human Resources Platform currently being rolled out at SuniTAFE. By leveraging these updated processes, the frontline staff will reap the benefits of a consistent and standardised operational approach. This will also help to mitigate the risk of knowledge loss by transforming SuniTAFE into a process-dependent organisation and ensuring the team members are working on value-adding activities.

Encouraged by the favourable outcomes, SuniTAFE has renewed its contract with PRIME BPM to extend business process improvement efforts to other key business units within the organisation. This next phase of collaboration aims to drive further transformation and elevate the institute’s overall business excellence.

Commenting on the renewal, Mark Khabe, Co-Founder, PRIME BPM said, “We are excited to continue our collaboration with SuniTAFE and replicate the successful outcomes of transforming their HR and Administration departments to the other key units. Together, we will embark on the next phase of the journey, advancing their business improvement endeavours to new heights.
