June Live Meetup Highlights Practical Approaches to Turning Strategy into Service Delivery

The Council & Municipality Transformation Reference Group – APAC Chapter, powered by PRIME BPM, hosted its June 2026 Live Meetup, bringing together local government professionals to explore how councils can bridge the gap between strategic intent, operational execution, and measurable outcomes.

The virtual meetup featured Jennifer Reid, Senior Project Strategy Lead at Knox City Council, who shared practical insights into how councils can move beyond strategy development and successfully embed organisational goals into decision-making, operations, and frontline service delivery.

Drawing on her experience leading strategic planning initiatives within local government, Jennifer outlined how councils can create stronger alignment between strategy, people, processes, and community outcomes while building ownership and accountability across the organisation.

“Strategy only creates value when it influences how people work every day. Success comes from creating alignment across teams, empowering people to contribute, and translating organisational goals into meaningful action,” Jennifer said.
