US-Based Toho Water Authority Selects PRIME BPM Software to Strengthen Enterprise-Wide Process Management

We are excited to announce that Toho Water Authority, the largest provider of water, wastewater and reclaimed water services in Osceola County, Florida, United States has selected PRIME BPM Software to support its enterprise-wide process management and continuous improvement journey.

As part of a 3.5-year engagement, Toho will implement PRIME BPM to establish a centralized and governed process repository. The organization identified the need for a single source of truth for business processes that would strengthen accessibility to organizational knowledge and drive greater consistency across teams.

Following an evaluation of Business Process Management solutions, Toho Water Authority selected PRIME BPM software to lay the foundation for its process excellence journey. The software will be used to build an enterprise-wide process repository, providing a connected view of how work is performed across departments and creating greater visibility into end-to-end business processes. Leveraging PRIME’s AI-driven capabilities, Toho plans to accelerate process documentation, analysis and improvement to demonstrate measurable operational impact.

Heather Havey, Chief Stakeholder Services Officer, said “At Toho Water Authority, we believe that exceptional customer experiences begin with strong processes and empowered employees. We believe PRIME BPM will provide a single source of truth for how work is performed across our organization, helping strengthen knowledge retention, drive consistency, and create a foundation for continuous improvement as we continue to serve our growing community.”

Toho Water Authority will take a phased rollout approach, starting with operational and stakeholder service functions before expanding across the broader enterprise.

As part of the implementation, Toho Water Authority will leverage PRIME BPM to elevate both operational efficiency and long-term organizational maturity. The initiative forms part of the organization’s broader vision to establish a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. By documenting, standardizing, and governing business processes within a single platform, Toho will strengthen knowledge retention and create a foundation for ongoing process improvement.

Mark Khabe, Co-Founder of PRIME BPM, said: “We are excited to support Toho Water Authority as they establish an enterprise-wide process foundation, strengthen visibility across operations, and build a culture of continuous improvement that can scale with the organization.
