Australia based Council Selects PRIME BPM to Accelerate Operational & Project Management Excellence

We are thrilled to announce that Shoalhaven City Council, a prominent local government body in New South Wales, Australia, has chosen PRIME BPM to enhance its Operational & Project Management Excellence Initiatives.

Committed to delivering effective and streamlined services, Shoalhaven City Council recognises the pivotal role of robust Business Process Management. With a strategic vision for organisational excellence, the council has made the decision to transition to PRIME BPM Software. The adoption of PRIME BPM, an end-to-end Business Process Management Software, marks a crucial step in standardising work processes and elevating the overall experience for the community.

Shoalhaven carefully evaluated its options and decided to choose PRIME BPM software as it met the requirement of being an easy-to-use, intuitive platform with drag-and-drop functionalities and an in-built methodology, empowering even business users to actively participate in improvement efforts. PRIME BPM also stood out for its ability to quickly and accurately capture detailed process maps complete with procedure-level information. Additionally, a strong emphasis on training and customer success solidified its selection.

Dane Hamilton, Chief Information Officer of Shoalhaven City Council said “We need a platform to assist in mapping and analysing our ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes and after trialling the software we felt PRIME was an intuitive product that best fit our needs. Our decision to adopt PRIME was also based the service we received from the team, they took the time to understand our needs, were flexibility with offerings provided and provided a sound onboarding experience.”

As Shoalhaven kicks off this journey, the vision expands beyond the initial phase. PRIME BPM will become a staple across various business segments, setting the stage for standardised processes and achieving operational excellence.

Mark Khabe, Co-founder of PRIME BPM, expressed, “We are excited to collaborate with Shoalhaven City Council on their business process improvement journey. Together, we look forward to achieving significant improvements and driving sustainable results.”
