Australia based Council Signs 3-Year Contract with PRIME BPM to Accelerate Operational Excellence

We are excited to announce that Fraser Coast Regional Council, Queensland, Australia, has selected PRIME BPM Software to advance its Process Improvement and Operational Excellence journey. This decision follows first hand experience of PRIME BPM’s capabilities during a Technology-One project.

In pursuit of their commitment to excellence, the Council strategically decided to transition to PRIME BPM, an end-to-end Business Process Management Software. With the adoption of PRIME BPM, the Council aims to streamline its organisational business processes, setting the foundation for Continuous Improvement.

The Council switched to PRIME BPM software as it met the requirement of being an easy-to-use, intuitive platform with drag-and-drop functionalities, coupled with its in-built BPMN 2.0, which allows the Council to create accurate and standardised process maps. PRIME BPM’s robust process mapping capabilities and integrated methodology will empower the Council to visually represent and analyse intricate workflows, providing a comprehensive understanding of their operations.

This proactive approach aims to streamline departmental processes, setting the foundation for Continuous Improvement.
