We are excited to announce that Health Partners, South Australia’s largest open health fund, is set to leverage the powerful capabilities of PRIME BPM Software to achieve APRA’s CPS 230 Compliance and further drive Operational Excellence across its organisation.
PRIME BPM’s powerful process mapping functionalities, drag-and-drop capabilities and in-built BPMN 2.0, will empower Health Partners to create accurate and standardised process maps in a centralised repository, which will allow them to pinpoint control and compliance gaps, followed by the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.

The software can seamlessly link to Health Partners existing risk management system, elevating operational risk management standards. This integration ensures a unified platform for managing and reporting operational risks, allowing Health Partners to tie risk elements directly to processes and tasks. The version control feature within PRIME BPM tracks changes made to processes in response to identified risks, providing a comprehensive audit trail for Health Partners.
