We are excited to announce that Australia’s largest privately owned civil contractor, the BMD Group, has chosen PRIME BPM software to drive its business process improvement and fuel its future growth.
As part of the engagement, the BMD Group will use PRIME BPM’s end-to-end Business Process Management software to support new system implementation, as well as drive process standardisation, facilitating its rapid expansion plans.
The BMD Group is currently deploying a new ERP System across its diverse businesses spanning five business units within Australia, including BMD Constructions, BMD Urban, Empower Engineers & Project Managers, JMac Constructions and Urbex, and its offshore operations in the Philippines and UK. The BMD Group has chosen PRIME BPM to build internal capabilities within the organisation for successful and seamless ERP implementation.
Being a major player in the construction, land development and property sectors, the adoption of new systems and processes is critical to the success of the group’s projects. The selection of PRIME BPM was driven by its ability to effectively manage change by providing an end-to-end platform for mapping, analysing, improving and monitoring business processes. Clarity in current and future state processes makes it easier for stakeholders to understand the impact of the proposed changes and adapt to new systems and processes
Another feature that solidified PRIME’s selection was its robust collaboration module. PRIME BPM provides a centralised platform for all project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to access, contribute, and share feedback on processes, ensuring organisational alignment and supporting successful project outcomes.
