Mekorma signs 3-year contract with PRIME BPM to culture-proof its business

US-based accounts payable software and services provider, Mekorma has signed a 3-year contract with PRIME BPM, an end-to-end BPM solutions provider, to streamline its processes and support its journey to be a culture-proof business. 

As a part of the engagement, Mekorma will leverage PRIME BPM software and services to bring complete transparency in processes and structures and bring further efficiencies in every aspect of the business, from employee onboarding and customer experience to the entire software development cycle.   

Operational for more than 30 years, Mekorma has been providing impactful solutions to simplify and streamline the accounts payable process, ensuring proven and reliable support for its customers. To continue living up to its legacy and enable future growth, Mekorma was looking for a scalable and sophisticated process improvement platform.

PRIME BPM was chosen due to its advanced functionalities and experience in driving successful transformation projects for leading organisations. 

As part of the project, PRIME BPM will help capture all work practices and procedures to build a centralised process repository, streamlining knowledge sharing and management within the organisation. The single source of truth will enable Mekorma to clarify employees’ tasks and responsibilities, optimise the employee onboarding process and standardise customer service and experience. Documented operating procedures will also help Mekorma in succession planning.
