Open Doors International signs 2-Year contract with PRIME BPM Software to enhance Process Improvement Initiatives

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that Open Doors International has selected PRIME BPM Software to elevate its organisational effectiveness. This strategic move is set to enhance business processes, facilitating change, and marking a significant step towards greater process efficiency and effectiveness.

Open Doors choice to adopt PRIME BPM Software was driven by the crucial need to visualise and optimise processes. Through the user-friendly drag-and-drop interface and robust process mapping capabilities, including procedure-level information, offered by PRIME BPM Software, Open Doors aims to uncover existing opportunities and pinpoint improvements for a streamlined operational approach.

Stephen Elliott, Head of Data Governance and Process, Open Doors International said, “We opted for PRIME BPM after a thorough evaluation, drawn to its flexibility and product quality. Additionally, we believe in establishing a long-term partnership with PRIME to enhance organisational competency. The goal is to seamlessly integrate process excellence into our daily operations, making PRIME the obvious and natural choice for us.”

Open Doors strategically identified key business areas, such as the Grant Management processes, traditionally mapped with another tool, as a primary pilot area for the seamless integration of PRIME BPM. Simultaneously, a parallel initiative focuses on another vital pilot area involving the Research processes. The planned transfer aims to elevate the impact of these processes and enhance user-friendliness for field personnel, aligning with Open Doors commitment to optimal operational effectiveness.

As an organisation where every operation revolves around the seamless flow of information, Open Doors is establishing a Process Circle of Excellence. This community of practice within the organisation is dedicated to building competency in utilising PRIME BPM, which will foster knowledge-sharing and empower team members to contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives independently.

Mark Khabe, Co-founder of PRIME BPM, shared, “We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with Open Doors. As they leverage PRIME BPM to visualise and enhance their processes, we look forward to being a catalyst for positive change within their organisation. Together, we aim to achieve operational excellence and drive impactful results.”
