US-based foodservice equipment provider Henny Penny signs 3-year contract with PRIME BPM software

Henny Penny, a leading global foodservice equipment provider, has announced that it has selected PRIME BPM, an end-to-end business process management software, for a period of three years to drive its process improvement and streamline operations for future growth.

As part of the project, Henny Penny will use PRIME BPM software and services to optimise its processes and create a detailed process repository to support upcoming system implementation projects and drive its digital transformation journey.

Operational for more than 65 years, Henny Penny has become an industry leader in designing, developing and manufacturing premium commercial foodservice equipment. Continuing its vision to provide distinctive products for the world’s most demanding kitchens, the organisation has embarked on its process improvement initiative. Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction processes will be transformed as part of the project, keeping customers at the center.

Once deployed, PRIME BPM software will enable Henny Penny to create a centralised process repository and establish a process approval mechanism to ensure standard and consistent work practices and drive operational improvements. Documented and streamlined processes will power the organisation’s Digital Transformation projects, improving productivity and customer service.

Melissa Trent, Manager, Process Excellence, Henny Penny said, “At the start of our selection journey, we looked at several platforms that offered BPMN process management. PRIME BPM was by far the most intuitive, with the highest ease of use and most robust governance framework. And their onboarding and training model is outstanding.”

PRIME BPM is committed to supporting Henny Penny’s growth vision by streamlining and optimising their processes to achieve future success,” said Mark Khabe, Co-Founder of PRIME BPM. “We look forward to working closely with Henny Penny and meeting their specific requirements and business objectives.”
