Through this engagement, PRIME BPM Software will help establish a structured, governed, and scalable approach to business process management, creating a strong foundation for continuous improvement and long-term operational excellence.
As part of the collaboration, PRIME BPM will support Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in strengthening visibility across business processes, risks, and controls in line with its established audit priorities. It will provide a single platform that brings together business process mapping, Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC), AI-assisted documentation, process analysis, and collaboration to meet the organistion’s business objectives.
The initial rollout will focus on the Accounts Payable function before expanding across the broader Finance & Corporate division. The phased implementation is designed to establish a strong operational foundation, develop best practices, and build momentum for wider organisational adoption.
PRIME BPM’s AI-powered capabilities will also accelerate the conversion of existing process artefacts (PDFs, diagrams, SOPs, and other documentation) into a centralised, governed repository of BPMN-compliant process maps. This will provide Australian Red Cross Lifeblood with an accurate, accessible source of process knowledge to support role clarity, ownership, process analysis, optimisation, and process automation initiatives.
