The PRIME BPM User Community recently held its November live meetup for APAC users, showcasing inspiring customer success stories and exciting product innovations that are shaping the future of business process management.
Khan Bank’s Process Mapping Success
In the meetup, Khan Bank, one of Mongolia’s largest commercial banks, shared how they mapped a significant number of processes using PRIME BPM’s MapEZ feature. This achievement dramatically improved their process documentation efficiency, reducing mapping time per process from 3.5 hours to just 1 hour. By shifting from traditional interviews to MapEZ-based approach and comprehensive staff training, they tripled their process mapping output and improved data quality for in-depth analysis.
Procedure Recorder Demonstration
The session also featured a live demonstration of the Procedure Recorder tool, highlighting how it captures task steps with screenshots and timing. Upcoming enhancements include voice-based procedure documentation, further reducing manual effort and improving training and automation workflows.
Strengthening Community Engagement
This meetup reinforced the PRIME BPM User Community’s role as a vital hub for sharing best practices, accelerating adoption, and preparing users for the next wave of BPM innovation.
