Global Foodservice Equipment Provider Henny Penny Renews 3-Year Contract with PRIME BPM Software

Henny Penny, a leading US-based global foodservice equipment provider, has renewed its partnership with PRIME BPM for another three years, reinforcing a shared commitment to strengthening business process governance and building a scalable foundation for continuous improvement.

In line with its objectives, PRIME BPM helped Henny Penny establish a structured approach to business process management, progressing from an initial pilot to a fully governed production environment. Throughout the engagement, PRIME BPM worked closely with the organization to refine its process architecture, develop internal BPM standards, and establish a scalable framework for managing business processes across the enterprise.

As part of the renewed partnership, Henny Penny will continue leveraging PRIME BPM as its central platform for business process management, strengthening process visibility, governance, and consistency while supporting future process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Over the course of the engagement, Henny Penny has identified more than 850 business processes and documented over 400 processes. The organization has also established a structured production environment for enterprise-wide process management, developed internal BPM standards aligned with its business requirements, and created a process framework that provides a clear foundation for future journey mapping and continuous improvement.

Bethany Bruns, Sr Director Indirect Procurement, Henny Penny said, “By taking a collaborative approach with the PRIME BPM team, we were able to establish a business process framework that worked for our organization before scaling our documentation efforts. We now have a structured production environment and a clear foundation for journey mapping, giving us greater visibility and consistency as we continue to mature our Business Process Management capability. Throughout this journey, the PRIME BPM team took the time to understand how we wanted to structure our framework, provided valuable guidance, and incorporated enhancements that helped us achieve our objectives.”

Mark Khabe, Co-founder, PRIME BPM said:
“We’re delighted to continue our collaboration with Henny Penny. We’re happy to have supported their milestones and achievements and look forward to supporting the next stage of their Operational Excellence journey.”
